Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4775 from 3 July 2020, Marufova Gulnora Makhmudovna was appointed first deputy minister for Support of the Mahalla and Family of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Gulnora Marufova was born on 26 April 1957 in Ferghana region. From 2004 to February 2020, she served as deputy chairman of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan, and from February 2020 to the present, she headed the department for working with families in need of social protection of the Ministry of Mahalla and Family Support.
