Governor of Ferghana Region Visits Major Industrial Enterprises in Konya

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of his working visit to the city of Konya (Türkiye), Governor of Ferghana Region Khayrullo Bozorov visited several major industrial zones and enterprises, where he familiarized himself with their production processes and organizational structures.

In particular, the delegation visited Atiker Holding Anonim Şirketi, one of Türkiye’s leading industrial groups.

The visitors were accompanied by the company’s founder and CEO, Mehmet Ali Atiker. The holding began operations with the production of automotive gas systems (LPG and CNG) and later expanded into metallurgy, plastic products, automotive mechanics, energy, and construction.

Currently, the holding includes more than 15 companies employing over 2,500 people, and its product range covers kitchen equipment and over 1,200 types of components.

The governor also became acquainted with the activities of HİDROKON, a company established in 1993 that specializes in the production of truck-mounted hydraulic cranes, lifts, and platform equipment.

The company ranks among the industry leaders in Türkiye, with its export volumes growing steadily each year.

In addition, Bozorov visited Sektör Kimya — a leading Turkish manufacturer of household and hygiene products, known for its brands Mr Oxy and Dr Lory.

Half of the company’s products are exported to 70 countries, with a portfolio of over 1,000 items and monthly sales exceeding 2 million units.

During the trip, the governor also visited the showroom of Bürotime DNA Office. Bürotime is one of Türkiye’s and the international market’s leading brands in the field of office furniture, focusing on ergonomics, comfort, and workplace efficiency.

Representatives provided detailed information on production processes, advanced technologies, and market demand for the companies’ products. Following the visit, agreements were reached to launch cooperation on new joint projects.
