Government approves provision on organization of protection of life and health of children in kindergartens

The regulation does not contain the previous rule, which allows close relatives to take the child out of the kindergarten after presenting the identity document.

Norma reported that only parents or persons, substituting them, can take children from the kindergarten.

Now every morning after admission, educators are required to conduct an examination of the medical condition of children under the supervision of a nurse.

The document said that now nurses are not obliged to take children home if their parents are late. The children will stay in the kindergarten.

It is also reported that this document applies only to state pre-school educational institutions.
