The document noted that the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan will receive an interest-free budget loan for 300 billion soums for purchase of medicines and medical products.

At the same time, if necessary, the Ministry can receive from the budget appropriations of 240 billion soums for centralized purchase of socially important medicines and medical products for state medical institutions by the end of 2017.

According to the decree, the Ministry of Health will direct 3 billion soums to the authorized capital of Uzmedeksport.

The document said that realization of social drugs by Uzmedeksport to the state medical institution is carried out with the use of trade premiums: for wholesale sale - 15% of the purchase price and for retail sale through social pharmacies of the Ministry of Health - 20% of the wholesale price.
