Gomel Region Delegation Arrives in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Belarus’s Gomel region, led by Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Ivan Krupko, has arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit. The delegation includes representatives of major industrial enterprises and holdings from the region.

At Tashkent International Airport, the delegation was welcomed by Belarus’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan, Alexander Ogorodnikov.

The visit program includes a series of business events. Representatives of the southeastern region of Belarus are scheduled to hold meetings with partners in Tashkent and the Fergana region, take part in a business forum, and discuss prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation.
