GM Uzbekistan terminates dealer agreement with Humo Avtosavdo

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan terminated the dealer agreement with Humo Avtosavdo in connection with violations detected during the monitoring.

According to Uzavtosanoat, Humo Avtosavdo did not ensured transparency in the sale of GM Uzbekistan cars and lack of organization in implementation of the company’s shares to stimulate sales.

The dealer also regularly violated the terms of the agreement. GM Uzbekistan has revealed corruption in the dealer’s activities.

Violations such as the existence of an artificial booking of contracts for the supply of cars led to the termination of the agreement.

According to GM Uzbekistan, the car dealership did not meet the requirements for cleanliness and hygiene, which would provide a comfortable atmosphere for visiting customers and communicating with them.
