GM Uzbekistan suspends acceptance of applications for the purchase of Damas and Labo

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan suspended the acceptance of applications for the purchase of Damas and Labo cars.

The company noted that since the launch of the new system for online purchase of GM Uzbekistan cars - Uzavtosavdo.uz - an inventory of applications for Damas and Labo cars has been made.

In the period from 24 August to 6 November 2018, 11,141 applications and contracts were canceled by the buyers. As a result, currently there are 128,274 applications (of which: 99,563 for Damas and 28,711 for Labo).

For 2018, the volume of production of these models of cars is 42,000 units with an increase in production to 54,000 units in 2019. The company makes every effort to further increase the production capacity of these models.

As of 8 November 2018, 27,000 contracts (of which 23,000 for Damas and 4,000 for Labo) are available for customers who are in chronological order by the date of filing an application for these cars to pay the initial payment. These contracts represent the 6-month volume of production of these cars for 2019.
