GM Uzbekistan sells over 1,600 Ravon cars in Russia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan, an Uzbek-US joint venture, sold 1,629 automobiles of Ravon brand in Russia in January-March 2017, the statement of the Automobile Manufacturers Committee of the Association of European Businesses said.

The committee said that the Uzbek carmaker sold 678 cars in Russia in March 2017.

Share of GM Uzbekistan in Russian market made up 0.5% in January- March 2017, the committee underlined.

In January-March, GM Uzbekistan claimed the 24th place on the volume of sold cars in Russia. None of GM Uzbekistan’s model did not enter Top-25 bestsellers in the reporting period.
