GM Uzbekistan produces 213,280 cars in 2018

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan increased production of passenger cars by 57.4% compared to 2017 to 213,280 units in 2018.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the production of trucks increased by 12% in the reporting period - up to 4,230 units.

Uzbekistan produced 949 buses in January-December 2018, which is 10.2% less compared to the same period of 2017.

The output of automobile engines in Uzbekistan in January-December 2018 amounted to 158,750. The growth compared with January-December 2017 made up 73.3%.

In January-December 2018, the output of tractors was 3,390, which is 3.4 times more than in the same period of 2017.
