GM Uzbekistan: Clients were notified of the absence of fog lights on cars

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Delivery of cars without fog lamps was carried out with the notification of customers due to the delay in delivery of these components. It was reported by the press service of GM Uzbekistan.

Today, some media outlets published a report on the detection by the Antimonopoly Committee of Uzbekistan of the facts of the failure to supply of cars without fog lamps by GM Uzbekistan, the company said.

“We hereby inform that the issuance of cars without fog lamps was carried out with the notification of customers in connection with the delay in the delivery of these components,” the automaker said.

GM Uzbekistan emphasizes that for the purpose of timely delivery of cars, the company decided to issue cars to customers temporarily without fog lights, with the condition of their further installation.

“Information about the additional delivery of fog lamps at the request of the Antimonopoly Committee is not true, since the installation of fog lamps on these cars was kept under the control of GM Uzbekistan itself, about which the company notified its customers,” the company notes.
