Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Today, on 27 April, medical equipment worth about 2 billion soums arrived from Korea to Uzbekistan, donated by General Motors and Korean suppliers of auto components as humanitarian aid as a goodwill gesture in support of the fight against coronavirus.

The supply of 36 cardiac monitors and 25 portable ultrasound scanners to Uzbekistan was made possible thanks to the initiative of General Motors, a long-standing partner of Uzavtosanoat, as well as Korean suppliers of automotive components.

“This is help from GM and Korean suppliers. We hope that it will help save invaluable lives in Uzbekistan. We wish you the very best in fighting this dangerous virus,” the message of General Motors noted.
