Gazprom International Projects purchases stake in Uzlitineftgaz

Gazprom International Projects B.V. bought the shares via the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE).

According to the exchange, Gazprom International Projects B.V. purchased one share for $10.5 at the par value of 5,000 soums. The company purchased 48,802 shares of Uzlitineftgaz.

Uzlitineftgaz is a main scientific-research and design institute of oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan, which provides services on developing and constructing hydrocarbon fields and construction of oil and gas objects in Uzbekistan.
