From 1 January 2020, documents to the cadastral authorities to be sent electronically
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the resolution of the President, from 1 January 2020, information about new owners of real estate in the information systems of public utilities will be included in an automatic mode.
At the same time, utilities do not have the right to demand from the new owners of real estate documents confirming the right to real estate, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
Also from 1 January 2020, the following documents will be sent to cadastral authorities in electronic form:
-acceptance of a dwelling house and other necessary information for the state registration of ownership of a residential house and mortgage;
- information necessary for the implementation of state registration of rights to real estate objects arising as a result of their realization through E-IJRO AUKSION and the provision of real estate services.
For state registration of property rights and other property rights, an application for state registration of rights to a property is not required.
The resolution abolishes the procedure envisaging:
- submission to the notary public office of information on the composition and ownership of buildings and structures in the alienation of real estate;
- demanding by state bodies and other organizations to affix a stamp of the cadastre authority on a document submitted for state registration;
- from 1 January 2020, the borrower’s obligation to ensure state registration, as well as to submit to the bank a copy of a document on registered ownership of a residential house and a loan agreement with a stamp on state registration of a mortgage.
