During the visit to the Institute the French delegation met with the teachers and students, who study French language, as well as participated in opening ceremony of Campus France section at the French Institute.
Despite busy schedule, Senators André Dulait, Yves Pozzo di Borgo and Michel Boutant visited the French Institute and met with French language community in Tashkent. Over 70 people, including teachers and students, had chance to talk with French Senators on the Uzbek-French relations.
Afterwards, the Senators participated in opening ceremony of Campus France section in Tashkent, which will strengthen university cooperation between Uzbekistan and France.
Main task of Campus France section is to coordinate works on assisting students from Uzbekistan, interested in studying in France. Students can both search information on university and submit application to them.
At the assistance of Campus France agency in Paris, the section will promote French high education system in Uzbekistan. Currently, there are 140 such sections of Campus France in 110 countries of the world.
