French-Italian aircraft company wants to enter the Uzbek market
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the delegation of the French-Italian aircraft manufacturer ATR, headed by vice president of sales in Russia and Central Asia Jerome Gabori.
Foreign partners conducted a presentation of ATR products, in particular, ATR Aircraft’s marketing manager, Anjuli Devild, presented in detail the technical characteristics and economic features of the ATR 72-600 regional aircraft. She also noted that these types of aircraft have economical fuel consumption indicators.
Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached that the ATR company would prepare a detailed proposal including the economic details of possible cooperation, as well as technical aspects, including training of flight personnel and technical personnel, as well as the supply of spare parts and maintenance.
