French envoy visits Public Administration Academy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Uzbekistan Jacques-Henry Heuls met with the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Uzbekistan Abdujabbor Abduvahitov on 17 December 2013.

According to the French Embassy in Tashkent, the sides discussed French-Uzbek cooperation in training civil servants.

The Uzbek Academy has been cooperating with National School of Administration (ENA) of France for a long time. On 16 October 2012, the sides signed agreement of cooperation within the visit of the Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov to Paris.

Within the agreement, the delegation of Uzbek Academy paid visit to ENA from 25 February to 2 March 2013. The sides are planning to implement other projects in future.
