Four-Year-Old Girl Falls Out of Moving Car in Tashkent but Escapes Unharmed
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A four-year-old girl fell out of a moving car onto the roadway in Tashkent but miraculously escaped without injuries. The incident occurred on the morning of 9 October in the Sergeli district and was captured on a dashcam by a witness.
According to reports, the car, a VAZ-2115, was driven by the girl’s 61-year-old grandfather, who was taking his granddaughter to kindergarten.
The door opened accidentally when the child was asked to close the window. Passers-by quickly alerted the driver, and one of them picked up the girl and carried her to safety.
According to the Traffic Safety Department, the child is in good condition.
Law enforcement authorities are investigating the incident. Officials reminded drivers to lock car doors when transporting children and to use child safety seats to ensure their protection.
