Foton to pay dividends for 2009

According to the decision of shareholders, the company will pay dividends at the size of 109.17 soums per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 284,483.

Shareholders also adopted decision to increase charter capital of the company by 782.328 million soums.

As earlier reported, net income of Foton made up 138.037 million soums in 2009. The charter capital was 782.328 million soums at the end of 2009.
