The delegation of Uzbekistan takes part in the solemn events dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan and the 10th anniversary of the creation of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia.

According to the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the foreign ministers of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan exchanged views on topical issues of bilateral relations, regional and international policy.

The ministers agreed on a schedule of upcoming events for 2018 and agreed to conduct coordinated work on further deepening mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as supporting initiatives of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan within regional and international organizations.
