Fly One Asia to Launch Direct Yekaterinburg–Tashkent Flights in April

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Fly One Asia will begin operating flights from Yekaterinburg to Tashkent starting on 6 April, the press service of Koltsovo Airport reported. The new route will mark the first cooperation between the Uzbek carrier and the Ural aviation hub.

Flights will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, departing at 8:00 p.m. and operated with Airbus A320 aircraft. Ticket prices start at 12,000 Russian rubles.

According to the airline, Tashkent will serve as a transit hub, making the route particularly convenient for travelers heading to countries with which Russia currently has no direct air connections.

In addition to Yekaterinburg, Fly One Asia plans to launch 15 new routes from Tashkent to Russian cities starting in spring 2026.

The schedule already includes four weekly flights to Moscow (Vnukovo), twice-weekly services to Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, Samara, and Yekaterinburg, as well as a once-weekly flight to Novosibirsk.

In the near future, the carrier also plans to open routes to St. Petersburg and Chelyabinsk.

Beyond Russia, Fly One Asia is expanding its international network, with flights from Tashkent to Riga, Sharjah, Tel Aviv, Baku, and Chisinau.

It is also worth noting that the number of flights from Yekaterinburg to Beijing has increased since February. A Saturday service from Yekaterinburg with a return flight on Sundays will be launched on 21 February, followed by a Thursday departure with a return flight on Fridays starting on 2 April.

The introduction of new routes reflects growing passenger interest in international travel from the Ural capital.
