Flower Plantation Project with Chinese Investor Discussed in Ferghana Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Hokim of the Ferghana Region Khayrullo Bozorov held a meeting with Chinese investor Jiang Xuebo to discuss prospects for implementing an investment project in floriculture and developing agrotourism in the Ferghana district.

The Chinese company Shandong Haosen Flowers and Trees Co. Ltd, which has extensive experience in the floriculture industry, expressed its intention to implement a project in the region to establish a modern flower plantation.

Under the initiative, flowers are planned to be cultivated both in greenhouse conditions and in open fields, followed by the development of an agrotourism component.

The regional head gave a positive assessment of the proposals presented, noting the project’s high potential for the socio-economic development of the district, the creation of new jobs, and the attraction of investment.

Khayrullo Bozorov emphasized the readiness of the regional authorities to provide comprehensive support to the investor and to facilitate the implementation of mutually beneficial cooperation.
