Five-Star Ramada by Wyndham Hotel Opens in Nukus

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the strategic tourism development program through 2030, aimed at doubling the number of 4- and 5-star hotels in Uzbekistan, a new 5-star Ramada by Wyndham hotel was officially opened in the center of Nukus, the capital of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The project was implemented by Karakalpak Palace Hotel LLC.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of Karakalpakstan, representatives of the Uzbekistan Tourism Committee, Wyndham for the CIS countries, as well as media and members of the public.

The modern hotel fully meets international hospitality standards and features 120 rooms accommodating up to 240 guests. The project also created 122 new jobs, contributing to the employment of the local population.

During the ceremony, the Uzbekistan Tourism Committee awarded the project initiator, Ikram Yuldashev, the badge of honor “Tourism Devotee” for his contribution to the development of hotel infrastructure in Karakalpakstan.
