Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov has met with the Mayor of Hatay Province Lutfi Savaş.

The parties exchanged views on the course of collaboration between the two states, the results of the visits, high-level events and prospects for enhancing trade, economic and investment cooperation.

The favorable investment climate of the country and the benefits provided to foreign investors were noted, due to which the interest of Turkish investors in Uzbekistan market is growing from year to year.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to jointly explore the possibilities of implementing investment projects in the metallurgical, automotive, leather, footwear and furniture industries, as well as in agriculture, and to take concrete practical measures to establish cooperation between entrepreneurs of Hatay Province and Uzbekistan regions.
