The information service of the Committee on religious affairs said that the pilgrims will visit Arafat on 14 October and the first day of Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice) falls to 15 October.
The committee recalled that currently 4,000 Uzbek citizens are performing Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, of them 2,656 are in Mecca and 1,290 – in Medina.
Earlier, the committee said that some 5,200 Uzbek Muslims will perform Hajj pilgrimage this year. The committee said that 1,200 pilgrims will arrive in Saudi Arabia soon.
