First COVID-19 case confirmed in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15 March, the first coronavirus case has been confirmed in Uzbekistan.
It is noted that a citizen of Uzbekistan who returned from France has been diagnosed with coronavirus, the Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing Agency reported.
“Currently, epidemiological studies and preventive measures to stop the spread of the disease are being carried out,” the agency said.
