Fire Extinguished in Residential Building in Yunusabad District of Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today, on 17 February, at 15:47, the Emergency Situations Department received a report of a fire in a residential building located on Niyazbek Yuli Street in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.

Rescue units arrived on the scene promptly at 15:54. The fire was contained by 15:59 and fully extinguished by 16:02.

The blaze damaged the roof and interior of the residential building over an area of approximately 70 square meters.

No casualties were reported. The cause of the fire and the extent of the material damage are currently being determined.
