Final stage of contest “Yurt Kelajagi” takes place in Kashkadarya region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Final stage of the Republican contest of gifted youth “Yurt Kelajagi” (Future of the Country) will be held in Lochin Summer Camp in Kashkadarya region on 10-16 August 2014. About 606 winners of the regional stages of the contest are participating the final stage of the contest.

The contest is organized by Public Youth Movement Kamolot, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan, Ministry of culture and sport of Uzbekistan. The contest is directed at revealing gifted youth in the regions of Uzbekistan and create new opportunities to them in science, art and modern technologies.

The regional stages of the contest were held from 9 to 30 June 2014, which were attended by 55,000 young people from all regions of Uzbekistan.

Within the final stage, the participants will learn methods of implementing their ideas and projects. The theoretical lessons will be followed with practical lessons.

The winners will be determined in such areas as “Architecture and clothes design”, “Information technologies, rationalization proposals, technical developments”, “Traditional and applied art”, “Proposals on improving social-economic reforms”, and “Literature and Journalists”.

The participants will present their projects to jury and three winners in each nominations will receive diplomas and prizes from the organizers.
