FIA Delegation Familiarizes Itself with the Activities of the Unified Operational Management Center in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation led by the President of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), Mohammed Ben Sulayem, visited the Unified Operational and Investigative Management Center of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent. The guests were received by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, Lieutenant General Aziz Tashpulatov.

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the Center’s capabilities, including the traffic monitoring system, tools for the early detection of potentially hazardous situations, and operational response mechanisms based on modern IT solutions.

At a meeting attended by heads of relevant departments, discussions focused on integrating the Center’s digital capabilities into motorsport, as well as areas related to improving road safety, one of FIA’s key priorities.

The parties exchanged views on creating a safe environment for motorsport events and on further prospects for bilateral cooperation.
