Ferris wheel launched at Anhor Lokomotiv Park

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --  On December 23, a new, highest observation wheel in Uzbekistan was launched in the Anchor-Lokomotiv Metropolitan Park.

Despite the rather cold weather, the flow of people going to the premiere of the attraction in the recreation area and the Anchor-Lokomotiv amusement park increased with each passing hour. It was quite crowded at the box office. Wishing to ride one of the first in the prescribed manner passed to the cabins of the Ferris wheel.

The highest point of the attraction is 72 meters. A full circle takes place in 12 minutes. The total number of booths is 48, each is designed for 4-6 people.

The booths have air conditioning system, which created comfortable temperature in summer time. There is no heating system as the effect of steaming windows will interfere with panorama outside the window.

A special festive atmosphere and mood for the visitors was also presented by a concert of local pop stars.

The price of the trip (one lap) is 12,000 soums and VIP-cabins – 20,000 soums. The work time of the attraction is from 11:00 to 23:00.
