Ferghanaazot to place shares for 37.87bn soums

According to the company, the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of Ferghanaazot.

Within the issue, the company will place 3,741,977 ordinary shares with par value of 10,120 soums. Total sum of the emission is 37.869 billion soums.

Ferghanaazot is the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan for the production of nitrogen fertilizer and it was commissioned in 1956. Currently, the plant is the largest chemical enterprise for the production of ammonium nitrate (capacity – 350,000 tonnes a year) and carbamide (270,000 tonnes a year).
