Ferghana Region Advances “Turon Turk” Industrial Zone

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Hokim of Ferghana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, met with Vahdettin Heyal, founder of the Turkish company Heyal Holding, to discuss the construction of the first phase of the special industrial zone “Turon Turk” in Kuva District.

The meeting highlighted that construction is progressing actively, with particular attention given to quality and adherence to established timelines.

Participants also discussed a proposal to establish a poultry cooperative, which is expected to enhance local employment opportunities and strengthen food security in the region.

Khairullo Bozorov supported the initiative and emphasized the importance of implementing projects in stages.

Following the meeting, the parties outlined further measures to advance the proposals and foster development of the industrial zone.
