Feliciano Lopez defeats Denis Istomin

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin could not advance to final of АТР U.S. National Indoor Tennis Championships with the prize fund of US$1.2 million in Memphis (US).

In the semifinals match, Denis Istomin could not beat Feliciano Lopez of Spain. Lopez clinched the match in three sets – 6:2, 3:6 и 6:3.

The match lasted an hour and 50 minutes. Denis Istomin served four aces and made no double faults. Istomin won four break points from possible seven, while Lopez claimed four break-points from possible five.

Feliciano Lopez recorded eight aces and made five double faults in the match.
