Family Challenge “Healthy Kids” to Take Place in Uzbekistan Until the End of October
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 22 September to 31 October, Uzbekistan is hosting the online challenge “Healthy Start. Healthy Kids”, aimed at cultivating healthy habits in schoolchildren and their parents in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, and environmental care.
The initiative is implemented as part of the educational program “Health Routes”, which annually reaches over 12,000 children in Uzbekistan, helping them expand their knowledge about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
Challenge Format
Participants are offered tasks in four categories: “Fruit Breakfast”, “Hero Breakfast”, “Moving Together!”, and “Green Heroes”. Each stage lasts ten days. Participants can choose one or several themes and upload photos confirming task completion on the program’s website. Families can join the challenge at any stage.
Those who complete all tasks will have a chance to compete for the grand prize. Special nominations are also provided, including “Audience Choice” for the most votes and “Super Class” for the most active school group.
Educational and Environmental Mission
The program places significant emphasis on environmental awareness. The “Green Heroes” task is designed to instill responsible habits in children and parents, such as waste sorting, water and energy conservation, and the use of reusable items.
Additionally, parents can share photos and videos of completed tasks on social media with the hashtag #ChallengeNestlé, increasing their chances of winning additional prizes.
Regional Reach
The online challenge launches simultaneously in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, uniting families and schools in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
