Expansion of Turkish-Uzbek Business Cooperation Discussed in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 11 February, a meeting was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan with the participation of company leaders interested in cooperation with Uzbek businesses. The event was organized under the leadership of Turkey’s AlfaTurk Group and chaired by the Chamber’s Deputy Chairperson, Shakhlo Ibragimova.

AlfaTurk Group serves as a business platform connecting Turkish companies seeking to enter new markets and develop cooperation with local enterprises. The company operates across various sectors, including construction materials production, project management, investments, and other industries.

During the meeting, participants thoroughly discussed support measures for Turkish companies entering the Uzbek market, the development of trade and industrial cooperation on an institutional basis, and the expansion of mutual investment opportunities. The delegation also familiarized itself with the business environment in Uzbekistan and practical options for investors.

As a result of the discussions, directions for further cooperation between the business communities of both countries were identified. Particular attention was given to strategic partnerships between Turkish companies—Likya Royal Limestone, Art Legenda, Argeplano Proje Süreç Yönetimi, and Yilmazlar Yalitim-Dadam Yapi—and Uzbek enterprises including LLC “Nurafshon Nur,” LLC “Imdy-Baby,” LLC “Onyx Stones Boutique,” LLC “Irtifa,” and LLC “Turon Kutur.”

The meeting served as an important platform for strengthening bilateral economic ties and stimulating joint investments, opening new opportunities for expanding business cooperation between Turkey and Uzbekistan.
