Entry of Foreign Citizens to Uzbekistan for Business Purposes Rises 3.2 Times

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to July 2025, the number of foreign citizens entering Uzbekistan for business purposes increased 3.2 times, reaching 255.1 thousand people.

Compared to the same period last year, the growth amounted to 174.6 thousand people.

By country, the largest number of business visits came from Afghanistan — 236,989 people.

They were followed by Tajikistan (13,611), Turkmenistan (1,939), Russia (521), Türkiye (339), and Kazakhstan (318), while visitors from other countries accounted for 1,419.
