Entrepreneurs not responsible for violation of unpublished orders

In line with the decree, from 1 June 2014, it is banned to punish business entities for violation of legal and other document of the state bodies, which regulate relations with business entities, and were not published at official websites of these bodies.

Earlier, the state bodies were obliged to publish legal documents, adopted by them, at their official websites within two days, Norma.uz reported.

This was set by law “On normative-legal acts” in new edition and rules of publishing and disseminating legal acts, creating electronic database of laws.

The presentation decree said that the legal acts, which envisages procedures, making doing business difficult, and introduces new liabilities to the business entities, will be introduced into force after three months from the day of publishing.
