Entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan to undergo internship in Germany
The internships were organized with the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and GIZ (Germany).
According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the program of management training initiated by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) is an element of Germany’s foreign economic policy.
Within the framework of the program, the heads of enterprises and organizations from Eastern Europe, Central and South-East Asia are purposefully trained to establish contacts and mutually beneficial economic cooperation with German companies.
For the successful implementation of the program, an optimal balance of training and practical training is essential. On interactive trainings on practical management of enterprises, within a month the participants will expand their knowledge in the field of management and prepare for contacts with German enterprises, get information about the specifics of Germany’s business culture, improve their management and negotiation skills.
Visiting German enterprises, the participants of the program will not only receive invaluable experience and information from the first mouth, but also get acquainted with modern equipment and technologies. A very important role in this will be played by personal contact with potential partners.
