Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 00:01h on 24 March 2020 decided to temporarily restrict the movement of any type of transport from the city of Tashkent to the region and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as from the regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan to the city of Tashkent.

The ban on entrance and departure does not apply to cases related to the transport of goods and persons (with permanent registration in the capital) at the entrance to Tashkent.
