Enterprises of Toshshahartranshizmat Association transports 198.8m passengers

According to the newspaper, 161.2 million passengers were transported by buses and 37.6 million passengers – by electric transport means.

The enterprises, which render transportation services in Tashkent city, totally transported 695.7 million passengers in the reporting period.

Legal entities, which transport passengers with attraction of private vehicles, rendered transportation services for 38.6 million passengers in the first half of 2013 and private transporters – 393.1 million passengers.

The paper said that about 65.2 million passengers were transported by vehicles of ministries and departments.
