Employees of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade Complete RANEPA Program

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Representatives of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan have successfully completed an educational program at the Higher School of Public Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

The course focused on enhancing personal effectiveness for managers and strengthening leadership authority.

Throughout the program, participants studied key competencies of modern leadership, approaches to team building and effective communication, principles for establishing trust within an organization, as well as types of conflicts and methods for resolving them.

The practical component included a training session on effective public speaking for government officials.

Upon completion of the program, participants presented their final projects developed during the course, underwent a detailed review of their work, and received professional development certificates.
