Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice passed a state registration order “On Amending the Size of Base Salaries for the Remuneration of Workers of State Cultural Institutions Financed from the State Budget”.

According to this, due to the increase in wages, pensions, scholarships and allowances, the employees of state cultural institutions specified in this document recalculated the sizes of basic official salaries, and from 1 August 2019 they will be paid wages in an increased amount.

For information, state cultural institutions include:

- Theaters, studio theaters, circuses, palaces, concert organizations, including music and dance groups;

- museums, reserve museums, house museums, state museums of history and culture, art and photo galleries, organizations involved in exhibition activities;

- Libraries and information and resource centers for the blind, information and library centers, centers of culture and leisure of the population, including folk theaters, amateur groups;

- Scientific and methodological center for the organization of activities of cultural institutions of the Ministry of Culture;

- Zoos, as well as other cultural and educational institutions.
