He also emphasized that the public is now better informed about the prohibited practices of labor relations, thanks to a nationwide information campaign conducted over the past period.

The meeting with the US delegation was held at the Republican Rehabilitation Center for Assistance and Protection of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues related to the prevention of child labor, familiarize with the reforms in Uzbekistan on prevention of human trafficking and reforms in the sphere of labor migration.
