Employees of Agency of Public Services undergo training
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 23-28 September, the Alisher Navoi National Library of Uzbekistan will host the second stage of practical training for directors of Public Service Centers and students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Specialists from the United Arab Emirates will train about fifty students on innovative approaches to the management and work with service recipients.
These trainings are conducted as part of the agreements reached following the visit of the head of state to the United Arab Emirates in March of this year. Then, an agreement was reached with the UAE Government on large-scale cooperation in the field of improving the efficiency of public administration, developing long-term development strategies, introducing innovations in the activities of government bodies, improving the quality of education and training with modern, relevant qualifications, and developing tourism and logistics infrastructure.
Training courses are aimed at developing communicative competence, the ability to combine various means of communication, developing skills and smoothing out possible conflict situations.
It will also touch upon important and relevant issues for employees of the Public Service Centers. Aspects of the work of specialists with applicants will be disclosed, practical examples are selected and considered options for action in case of problems that sometimes come up with the employees of TsU.
It should be noted that this is not the first training session to improve the efficiency and quality of the process of providing public services.
According to the results of the previous 5-day training, which took place in July 2019, 35 participants from the staff of the Cabinet of Ministers, central offices of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Agency for Public Services and their territorial departments received the necessary skills in the field of communication with citizens. The trainers who received the relevant certificates continue their activities in the field.
