Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – From 14 May 2020, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow and the Consulates General of Uzbekistan in Russian regions from the funds received to the embassy’s charity account begin to pay lump sum financial assistance to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation, who find it difficult situation regarding the introduction of quarantine and restrictive measures due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. This was reported by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation.
Payments will be made to the following categories of citizens:
Disabled, upon presentation of the relevant supporting document (certificate);
Women with dependent children under 2 years old, as well as pregnant women with a gestational age of more than 7 months, upon presentation of the necessary supporting documents (copy of the birth certificate of the child, certificate from a medical institution);
Persons with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, upon presentation of an appropriate supporting document;
Students studying in full-time departments of Russian higher educational institutions, upon presentation of the appropriate certificate from the place of study.
Please note that assistance is provided exclusively in the form of a lump sum payment of funds on the basis of the minimum wage established in Russia.
To receive financial assistance, it is necessary to send an application through the electronic portal “mehr.rf” specially created by the Embassy, which operates in Uzbek and Russian.
