Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 17 April, 11 patients from Bukhara Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital recovered.

With participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were sent for rehabilitation.

All the recovered arrived in Bukhara from Turkey on a charter flight and were quarantined in the sanatorium Sitorai Mokhi Khosa. After confirming the presence of coronavirus infection, they were hospitalized in the regional infectious diseases hospital.

Five patients are from Tashkent city, 2 from Tashkent region and one each from Bukhara, Samarkand, Namangan and Andijan regions. Among them, the oldest is 56 years old, and the youngest is 30.

According to the Ministry of Health, the number of people recovered from COVID-19 has reached 140.
