Electronic Cooperation Portal to be arranged in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President “On measures for the further development of industrial cooperation and expanding the production of marketable products” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, industrial fairs will now be held on an ongoing basis.

The work of the Electronic Cooperation Portal will be established as an important tool for establishing cooperation.

In this case, it will be possible to promptly conclude economic contracts for the supply of industrial products remotely.

The resolution approved the List of new types of finished products, components, raw materials and materials recommended for use by business entities in 2019.

In this list will be placed about 100 types of products. In particular, syringes with needles, fibreboards, equipment for greenhouses, as well as electric kettles.

As an experiment, a production support system will be introduced for products in demand in the economy.

A technopark will be created onn the basis of unused production areas and the territory of JSC "Tashkent Mechanical Plant".

From July 1, 2019, intentions to purchase imported goods are also exposed by government customers on a special information portal of government procurement;

If there are three or more domestic producers, government procurement can be carried out among domestic producers.
