Economic mission of Altai region visits Tashkent

The visit was organized by Altai Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Altai, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Trade Office of Russia in Uzbekistan.

The delegation included representatives of such companies as Altayskiyi Melnitsi, Oduvanchik, AgroProd, Almaz Trade House, Sibirskiy Les, etc.

The delegation of Russian held talks at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan to discuss establishment of business contacts and expand bilateral trade. The meeting was attended by over 40 Uzbek companies.

The Russian mission also held talks at the Trade Office of Russia in Uzbekistan and familiarized with the peculiarities of doing business in Uzbekistan.

The delegation also held talks at the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management to discuss cooperation between the regions of two states, proposals of the Russian companies to the Uzbek market, etc. The mission also held a meeting with Angeles Food officials.

Trade House Almaz signed a contract with the local NS Invest on supply of disc harrows for about 2 million Russian rubles. Other Russian companies also achieved positive results.
