Economic and tourism potential of Uzbekistan presented in Canada

A presentation of trade-economic, investment and tourism potential of Uzbekistan was held in Carleton University in Canada, which was attended by representatives of Canadian companies Capital Industriel Fox, Groupe Arsenault, CIS Navigation Inc., public and political circles of the country, Jahon news agency reported.
The participants received detailed information on created conditions for foreign investors in Uzbekistan, including special industrial zone Navoi, Angren and Jizzakh.
The attendees also received information on rich cultural-historic heritage and tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
Head of office of Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) in Montreal Gilles Breton said that it is important to hold such events and added that the CERBA is ready to assist to hold such presentations in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.
At the end of the event, the Uzbek and Canadian side considered issues on priority investment projects.
