The epicenter of the tremor was located in the Parkent district of the Tashkent region at a depth of 10 kilometers, with coordinates 41.12° N latitude and 69.45° E longitude.

At the epicenter, the intensity reached 3 points. In Yukorichirchik district, tremors were felt at 2–3 points, 7 kilometers from the epicenter; in Urtachirchik district — 2 points at a distance of 11 kilometers; and in the city of Nurafshan — 2 points, 12 kilometers away.

In the Bektemir district, tremors reached 2 points at a distance of 16 kilometers, while in Yangihayot and Yashnabad districts they were recorded at 2 points, 20 kilometers away.

The epicenter was located 25 kilometers southeast of Tashkent.
