Earthquake of Up to 3 Magnitude Recorded in Namangan Region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 occurred in Uzbekistan today. The epicenter was located in the Pap District of Namangan Region, at a depth of 14 km.
According to seismological services, the intensity of the tremors reached 2–3 points in Pap District, 14 km from the epicenter, and 2 points in Dangara District, 26 km away.
The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent was 135 km to the southeast. No significant damage or casualties have been reported.
